This 2000 sft duplex apartment was to be a home for a family of three generations. Located in an unexpectedly quiet corner of bustling Basavanagudi , it  enjoys ample natural light good cross-ventilation.

The design brief was to create a living environment with clean and contemporary aesthetics to suit the sensibilities of the clients, who had been living abroad for 30 years. The twist was including the several pieces of antique teak and rosewood furniture from the ancestral home they has just sold.
