This is an inward-looking design with a massive indoor courtyard, which is the focal point of the entire house.  A paved pathway along the site edge terminates in an entrance verandah with a solid wooden door which opens into the surprisingly large skylit indoor courtyard.  The Living, Dining and open Kitchen are planned around this courtyard, which forms an integral part of the spatial experience of each.  The Puja is located at the centre and a semi-circular breakfast nook projects out.

 The First Floor consists of 3 more bedrooms and an entertainment room with a view of the trees outside. A wooden bridge cuts across from one built volume to the other.
