SM Electronics is a 25 year old company whose existing office space was getting too cramped for their growing needs.  Being an ecologically sensitive organisation, they wanted their new office to reflect their philosophy.

 

The building has large windows to let in maximum natural light and green spaces have been accommodated at every level.  The entire building is off-grid, with power generated from photovoltaic panels on the terrace. The staircase well which acts as a breather for both employees and visitors becomes a green corridor providing visual relief to the bustling office spaces within.
